How to Use the Focus Roll-On & Focus Essential Oil

1. Using the Focus Roll-On

• Gently roll the Focus Roll-On onto your pulse points, such as wrists, temples, behind the ears, or the back of your neck.

• Take a deep breath to inhale the crisp, refreshing aroma of certified organic essential oils like rosemary, lemon and basil.

• Reapply throughout the day when you need a mental lift, especially before meetings, study sessions, or long drives.

2. Using the Focus Essential Oil (15ml)
