The Meditation blend centers around patchouli, which is traditionally used in aromatherapy for its grounding, steadying qualities.

This is balanced with lighter oils such as sweet orange, mandarin and bergamot, which help keep the blend feeling open and not too heavy. Geranium adds a harmonising note, supporting a more settled and balanced state.

Together, these oils create a blend that helps quiet mental noise while maintaining a clear, focused and more easeful meditation experience.

Massage: Blend with a carrier oil and use for a soothing, calming massage.
