SHIPPING COSTS

Australian Orders 

Are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse on the same business day if placed before 10,00am.

Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 
  • Orders under $75 have a flat rate shipping of $9.95

Express Post

Express post is a option at check out for $15, for standard size diffuser/ oil orders. 

Express Post Orders are shipped with Australia Post and are generally delivered 1-2 days from the date of dispatch. We have found that orders sent to NT express post, can take longer and is out of our control. 

New Zealand

All orders to NZ have a flat rate shipping of $20.

Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. 

RETURNS OR CHANGE OF MIND

All products come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, (12 month warranty on diffusers) 

If you would like to return your product for a refund, please return to PO BOX 377, Mudgeeraba 4213, QLD. Please include your order number and name and the order will be refunded back through the website payment gateway. Customers are required to pay the return shipping cost for change of mind. 

FAULTS

Please email our Gold Coast office at info@livelyliving.com.au if you feel there is a issue with your product. Please include your full name and order number and detailed information as to what is or isnt happening with your product, Our friendly customer service team will respond promptly with trouble shooting or replacement options.
