Yes, 99 % of our essential oil range is certified organic by the ACO , Australian Certified Organic, and we aim to only source and offer essential oils that are certified organic where possible. ACO, is a third party certification organisation whom have very strict criteria and standards to be approved and qualify to gain their certification. They are known as the strictest in the world. Unfortunately there is no controls over packaging of essential oils in Australia, so this allows business to use words like ‘pure’, ”natural’, ‘órganic’ on their essential oil packaging, when in actual fact the essential oil could be mixed with anything at all, including chemicals and low quality fillers, and be be farmed with chemicals too. The ONLY way to ensure that the quality of the essential oil is genuine and organic is to be ‘certified organic’ and have independent certification , as we do with the ACO. Spearmint essential oil has a fresh, minty scent with a natural sweetness and soft herbal edge. It’s smoother and less sharp than peppermint, without the strong cooling intensity.

Spearmint sits as a top to middle note, which means it lifts a blend while still holding presence slightly longer than sharper mint oils.

Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser to create a warm, grounding atmosphere.

Topical (diluted)
Mix 1–2 drops with 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil and apply to pulse points such as wrists or neck. For easier application to pulse points, use our DIY Roll On Kit.

Massage
Mix 2–3 drops with 1–2 teaspoons of a carrier oil and massage into shoulders or neck to help refresh and reset.

Skin routine
Mix 1 drop with a carrier oil and apply to areas of dull or uneven-looking skin.

Warm compress
Add 1 drop to a bowl of warm water, soak a cloth, wring out excess, and place over the forehead or neck.
