Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser to create a soft, calming atmosphere.

Mix 1–2 drops with 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil and apply to pulse points such as wrists or chest.

Massage
Mix 2–3 drops with 1–2 teaspoons of a carrier oil and gently massage into shoulders or back.

Mix 1 drop with a carrier oil and apply to areas of dry or dull-looking skin.

Bath
Mix 2–3 drops with a carrier oil before adding to warm bathwater.
