Add 4–6 drops of your chosen blend to a diffuser to refresh, uplift or soften your space depending on the time of day and how you want the room to feel.

Use Breathe when the air feels heavy or closed, Refresh to lift and energise during the day, and Indulge when you want a more balanced, relaxed atmosphere.

Targeted topical application
