Intentional blending
Add 1–2 drops of your chosen Ascension Frequencies™ oil to a small amount of Ritual Base Elixir in the palm of your hand.
Blend gently and apply to pulse points, heart space, or anywhere the skin feels drawn to receive it.

Use as part of a quiet moment of care — after bathing, before rest, or whenever you want to slow down and reconnect through touch.
