Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
On Skin: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and apply to pulse points, temples, or the back of the neck.
Bath: Add 3–5 drops to a warm bath to help unwind and relax the body.
Massage: Blend with a carrier oil and use for a soothing, calming massage.

Important: Always patch test before use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
