Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
On Skin: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and apply to pulse points, temples, or the back of the neck.
Bath: Add 3–5 drops to a warm bath to help unwind and relax the body.
Massage: Blend with a carrier oil and use for a soothing, calming massage.

Important: Always patch test before use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

    Fresh Home's aroma combines a unique blend of organic essential oils, including Sweet Orange, Pine, Lemon, Cinnamon, Grapefruit, Spearmint, Peppermint, and Cinnamon Cassia. These carefully selected oils create a clean and refreshing scent for any space. Highly recommend.

    Calm & Unwind blend features soothing essential oils, including Organic Vetiver (my favourite essential oil!) for a grounding effect. Other key ingredients include Organic Sweet Orange, Cedarwood, Mandarin, and Lavender, all carefully selected for their relaxing properties. This blend has perfect calming ingredients, but first scent can be deceptive. 

    The Spearmint in this pack is the only pack where organic Spearmint can be purchased.  Great support for cleansing, energising and focus. 

    Highly recommend this trio.

    Such a perfect trio! Fresh

    Such a perfect trio! Fresh Home makes our home smell so devine during the day, a number of guests have even commented. When we are getting ready to settle down for the night I switch our diffusers over to Calm Unwind to support our nervous systems to relax into the evening. A Spearmint tent during the day is my go to for enlivening and invigorating and I also use to soothe any insect bites my children get.
