Bowl of cool water
1–2 drops Head Soothe
Soft cloth

How to make
Add essential oil to water and soak the cloth, then wring out excess

How to use
Place across forehead or back of neck for a cooling, soothing effect when pressure builds

Ways to use

Diffuse for a clearer environment

Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a fresher, more open-feeling space when your head feels heavy or under pressure. Ideal during work, after long days or when the air feels stagnant. Follow up with an oil from our Sleep Collection to drift into a calm, restful reset.

Targeted topical application
