How to Use Orange Essential Oil

Diffuse
Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a fresh, uplifting atmosphere, ideal for daytime use.
Topical Use
Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to pulse points to help promote a light, energising feel.
Home
Add a few drops to a spray bottle with water to refresh living spaces with a clean, citrus scent.
Shower
Add 2–3 drops to the shower floor (away from direct water stream) and allow the steam to gently diffuse the aroma.
Massage
Blend with a carrier oil and massage into the body to help uplift and refresh.
