Fresh, clean and uplifting with a bright citrus opening from lemon, followed by a crisp herbal note from rosemary. Peppermint adds a light cooling edge, while softer green and slightly floral undertones from geranium and sage bring balance. The overall scent is clear, energising and refreshing without feeling too sharp or overpowering.

Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops of Focus Blend to your diffuser to create a fresh, clear and focused atmosphere.

Study or work
Diffuse during study, planning or work sessions to help create a more alert and productive environment.

Topical (diluted)
Mix 1–2 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to pulse points such as wrists or neck.

Midday reset

    This oil has grown on me over time. What really made me love it, was when I recently made my own Rollerball from it. It is an incredible blend and the Sage in it, is like the icing on the cake! Highly recommend.
