How to Use Child Calming Remedy for Relaxation, Sleep & Emotional Balance
Soothe, settle, and support your little one with Lively Living’s Certified Organic Child Calming Remedy — a gentle blend of Sweet Orange, Lavender, Mandarin, and Roman Chamomile.
Crafted with care for young and sensitive nervous systems, this beautiful synergy helps ease restlessness, reduce irritability, and create a calm, nurturing atmosphere for relaxation and sleep.
1. Diffuse to Create a Calm Environment
Add 3–5 drops of Child Calming Remedy to your ultrasonic diffuser or Aroma Snooze sleep aid in your child’s bedroom, playroom, or shared family space.
As the gentle aroma fills the air, it helps your little one unwind, relax, and feel emotionally supported.
Ideal before nap time, bedtime, or during moments of restlessness.
2. Topical Use for Gentle Comfort
For babies 3 months plus and children, dilute 1–2 drops of Child Calming Remedy with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to pulse points, the soles of the feet, or back of the neck.
The soft floral-citrus scent offers emotional reassurance and calm throughout the day.
Always follow our dilution guide and avoid direct application on babies or very young skin.
3. Add to a Warm Bath (with Carrier Oil)
Since essential oils and water don’t mix, first blend 3–4 drops of Child Calming Remedy with a teaspoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Swirl the mixture into warm bathwater to help your child relax and transition gently to rest or bedtime.
The calming aroma of Lavender and Chamomile supports relaxation and soothes both body and mind.
4. Create a Comforting Massage Oil
Combine several drops with one of our base massage oils to create a peaceful bedtime or after-bath massage ritual.
This loving routine promotes connection while easing tension, helping your child feel safe, secure, and ready for sleep.
5. Pillow or Room Mist
Add 8–10 drops of Child Calming Remedy to a 100ml spray bottle filled with water and a small amount of solubiliser if available.
Spritz over bedding or in your child’s room before bedtime to create a serene, sleep-friendly space.
