Lavender helps promote relaxation, while cedarwood and vetiver bring a sense of grounding and stability. Sweet orange and mandarin add a soft uplifting element, creating a blend that feels both calming and gently refreshing.

Designed for use throughout the day or as part of an evening routine, Calm & Unwind makes it easy to create a peaceful atmosphere at home and support a more relaxed state of mind.
Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
On Skin: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and apply to pulse points, temples, or the back of the neck.
Bath: Add 3–5 drops to a warm bath to help unwind and relax the body.
Massage: Blend with a carrier oil and use for a soothing, calming massage.
