Sensitive Child Calm Room & Linen Mist

A soft, gentle mist to help create a calm, comforting environment for sensitive children.

You will need
• 8–10 drops Sensitive Child blend
• 100ml glass spray bottle
• distilled water
• optional: 1–2 teaspoons witch hazel or natural alcohol

Method
Add the essential oil to your spray bottle, fill with distilled water and shake well to combine.

Use
Lightly mist around your child’s room, bedding or play space before quiet time or bedtime to help create a calm, settled atmosphere. Shake before each use.

Use throughout the day, after busy or overwhelming moments, or before bedtime to help create a calm, supportive environment.

Diffuse during quiet time
Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser to help create a calm, settled space for your child

After busy days
Make a roller bottle and apply after school or activities to help your child unwind and reset

Before bedtime
Use in the evening to help create a calm environment and support a more peaceful wind-down

Mix with a balm and apply to pulse points when your child feels overstimulated, anxious or unsettled

Apply to skin
Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to feet or chest as part of a calming routine

Massage
Blend with a carrier oil for a gentle massage to help calm and comfort your child

Add 8–10 drops to a 100ml spray bottle and lightly mist bedding before sleep
