Lemon Oil (Citrus Limon Peel Oil)
Bright and clean. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to help refresh the senses and support mental clarity.

Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita Oil)
Cool, fresh and invigorating. Commonly used to help create a clear, open feeling and reduce sensations of heaviness.

Lime Oil (Citrus Aurantifolia Peel Oil)
Crisp and uplifting. Helps bring freshness to the blend while supporting a light, energised feel.

Sweet Basil Oil (Ocimum Basilicum Oil)
Fresh and herbaceous. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to support overall wellbeing and a clear, balanced state.

Cypress Oil (Cupressus Sempervirens Oil)
Clean and slightly woody. Adds a fresh, uplifting quality while helping the blend feel grounding and balanced.

Rosalina Oil (Melaleuca Ericifolia Leaf Oil)

Soft, fresh and gently calming. Helps balance the sharper notes while supporting a comfortable, relaxed environment.

Lavender Oil (Lavandula Angustifolia Oil)

Soft and calming. Rounds out the blend and helps create a more balanced, soothing finish.

Seasonal Relief Roll-On

A convenient way to keep the blend with you for moments when symptoms arise throughout the day.

You’ll need
10ml roller bottle
2–3 drops Seasonal Relief Essential Oil
Carrier oil (such as jojoba, sweet almond or fractionated coconut oil)

Method
Add the essential oil to the roller bottle and top up with your carrier oil. Secure lid and gently roll to blend.

Use
Apply to wrists, pulse points or the back of the neck and inhale gently when experiencing sniffles, irritation or seasonal discomfort.

Tips
Start with a lower dilution and adjust if needed. Always patch test before use and avoid sensitive areas.

Steam Inhalation
Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of warm water or use in the shower to inhale the rising steam and support a fresh, clearing aromatic experience.
