Each blend has been thoughtfully formulated to create your own nightly sanctuary — promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and encouraging deeper, more restorative sleep.
Add 3–5 drops of your chosen blend to your ultrasonic diffuser or vaporiser 15–30 minutes before bedtime.
Sleep Blend: A gentle synergy of Lavender, Cedarwood, and Geranium to calm the mind and prepare the body for rest.
Serenity Blend: A grounding combination of Frankincense, Orange, and Patchouli to ease tension and support emotional balance.
Mandarin: Uplifting yet soothing, perfect for children and adults who prefer a soft, sweet citrus aroma at night.
Rotate between blends or layer them for your ideal sleep ritual.
For gentle, on-the-go relaxation, dilute 1–2 drops of any blend with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to pulse points, neck, or soles of the feet before bedtime.
Always follow our dilution guide and avoid direct skin application on babies.
Because essential oils and water do not mix, first blend 3–4 drops of your selected Sleep Sanctuary oil with a teaspoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Add the mixture to warm bathwater and swirl to disperse.
