Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser to create a warm and grounding atmosphere.

Topical (diluted)
Mix 1–2 drops with 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil and apply to pulse points such as wrists or neck. For easier application to pulse points, use our DIY Roll On Kit.

Massage
Mix 2–3 drops with 1–2 teaspoons of a carrier oil and massage into shoulders, neck or tired muscles.

Skin routine
Mix 1 drop with a carrier oil and apply to dry or mature-looking skin.

Bath
Mix 2–3 drops with a carrier oil before adding to warm bathwater.
