Aroma Snooze Bedtime Reset

A simple way to prepare your space and mind for sleep. This calming blend helps create a soft, relaxing atmosphere, making it easier to unwind and transition into rest.

You will need
• 4–6 drops Aroma Snooze Remedy
• A diffuser

Method
Add the blend to your diffuser with water and turn on 20–30 minutes before bed.

Use
Diffuse in your bedroom as part of your evening routine to create a calm, sleep-ready environment. Continue to let us run through out the night.

Ways to use Aroma Snooze Blend

Diffuse before bed
Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser 20–30 minutes before bedtime to help create a calm, sleep-ready environment

Diffuse through the night
Use continuous or intermittent settings to maintain a soft, relaxing aroma

Apply to skin
Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or soles of the feet. Best done with our DIY Roller and Carrier Oil Kit.

Bath
Add 2–3 drops to a warm bath to help relax the body before sleep

Pillow or linen spray
Add 8–10 drops to a 100ml spray bottle and mist bedding before sleep

Evening wind-down
Massage 2 drops with carrier oil and apply to the soles of feet

Nap time
Use in bedrooms or quiet spaces during the day. Best paired with our Stress & Anxiety Collection for pure relaxation.

On-the-go calming
Add a drop to a tissue and inhale gently

Bedtime routine
Use consistently each night to help signal sleep
