1. Diffuse for Focus & Balance
Add 3–5 drops of Man Cave to your ultrasonic diffuser or vaporiser to fill your environment with a clean, masculine aroma that promotes mental clarity and relaxation.

2. Topical Application for Grounding Support
Blend 1–2 drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to pulse points, neck, or soles of the feet for subtle, all-day aromatic calm.

3. Add to a Relaxing Bath (with Carrier Oil)
Because essential oils and water don’t mix, first combine 3–4 drops of Man Cave with a teaspoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil, then swirl into warm bathwater.
