How to Use Aroma-Snooze Essential Oil for Deep Rest & Relaxation

Created to complement the much-loved Aroma-Snooze Sleep Aid Vaporiser, the Lively Living Aroma-Snooze Certified Organic Essential Oil Blend helps your little one — and the whole family — drift into deep, restful sleep naturally.
Formulated with a soothing synergy of Certified Organic essential oils, this blend supports relaxation, comfort, and emotional balance at bedtime.

 1. Diffuse at Bedtime

Add 3–5 drops of Aroma-Snooze Essential Oil to your Aroma-Snooze diffuser or any ultrasonic vaporiser 15–30 minutes before bedtime.
As the calming aroma fills the room, it helps create a peaceful atmosphere that encourages relaxation and supports deep, restorative sleep.

Ideal for bedtime routines, nap time, and calming busy little minds.

 2. Gentle Topical Use (Diluted)

For older children or adults, mix 1–2 drops of Aroma-Snooze oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to pulse points such as the wrists, back of the neck, or soles of the feet.
This allows the natural scent to gently soothe the senses and promote emotional calm.

3. Add to a Relaxing Bath

Add 2–3 drops of Aroma-Snooze oil to a warm bath (for adults or older children). The relaxing aroma helps prepare the body for rest while reducing tension from the day.

Add 8–10 drops of Aroma-Snooze Essential Oil to a 100 ml spray bottle filled with water (and a small amount of natural solubiliser, if available).
