- Place a couple of drops of Lively Living’s Orange, Lemon, or Breathe essential oil on a dry cloth or cotton bud and use it to remove the residue.
- Run your diffuser on a complete cycle using only plain water.
- We also suggest to regularly clean the inside of the water well with a solution of white vinegar and water for a deep clean.
- Remember, essential oils are potent, so do not leave essential oil residue left sitting in the bottom of the diffuser for extended periods in between uses.

We deliver to any physical location in Australia, covering all states and territories. Our low-cost shipping is available to retail customers at a flat fee of $9.95, with FREE delivery for every order over $99.
Which delivery service do you use?
Fastway, Sendle and Couriers Please are Lively Living’s delivery service of choice for their wide network and demonstrated track record of safe, reliable, and efficient delivery. Please note that courier services are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box (PO Box). You will need to advise your full street address (home or place of business) when placing your order.
If you are not at home when the courier driver arrives, and unable to provide a signature for delivery, a card will be left for your security and convenience advising where you can collect your parcel, or requesting you to make contact for redelivery.
Please specify any delivery requirements in the comments section on the checkout page to ensure swift delivery (ie. ‘Ok to leave package at front door’).
Please note, our couriers are not a part of/ or owned by Australia Post, so in many cases they cannot just take it to the local post office if you are not home, as Australia Post will not accept the parcel. If you are in a rural remote area, and your parcel has been on-forwarded to Australia Post by the courier in the beginning, they may leave a card to say to collect from the post office.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, and will commonly go the same day if ordered before 1.00pm. Current courier times vary depending on location, but as a guide residents of Australia’s east coast Capital Cities and major towns and surrounding suburbs can expect to receive their order within 1-4 business days, and residents elsewhere in Australia, including remote and regional areas, should receive their order within 8-11 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Can my order be sent Express Post?
Our couriers do not have a express post option, as they travel by road and to main east coast cities and towns are generally very fast.
If you are urgently needing a order, (perhaps if in a remote area or western state ), we can send your order Express Post with Australia Post, for a small additional fee.
You would need to place your order on line as usual, and then in the “comments” section on check out, please mention ‘I WOULD LIKE TO PAY EXTRA TO BE SENT EXPRESS POST”, and we will call you to take the extra payment details over the phone, (as we currently do not have this set up on our web). Depending on the size of the order, it would be a FEE of approx $10 -$15 to send your parcel Express post with Australia Post, if you want this additional service.
Can My order be sent to a P.O. Box. ?
Our on line orders have automated shipping allocations to our couriers, and our couriers are NOT a part of Australia Post and so our on line ordering will not accept an order with a P.O. Box as the advised shipping address.
In some remote locations, where our couriers do not deliver to that area, the couriers generally on-forward to Australia Post and Australia Post may be the final business delivering your order, despite it was picked up by one of our couriers, and in some cases, they may leave a card for you to pick up the parcel from the local post office.
Occasionally we find people for a specific reason may ONLY want their order sent to a P.O. BOX. If this is you, please put your home street address in the checkout details as normal and then in the comments section on check out, please write. PLEASE ONLY SEND MY ORDER to P.O. BOX 123, SUBURB NAME, STATE AND POST CODE ETC , and we will manually change your order from the allocated courier system that your order has been assigned to, and we will send the order by Australia Post and do a special trip to the post office with your order. We would need to cancel the allocated courier shipping service and manually change the shipping and we would then send you a new email with new shipping details, once your order has been packed.
So to reiterate, we try to stick to our normal courier delivery systems, though we can always accommodate your specific situation.
